Warranty

CYCLEUR de LUXE offers a legal guarantee of at least 2 years on all articles. If a purchased item does not meet your reasonable expectations, please contact us by email. We will then see what we can do for you. 

Defects not covered by the guarantee:

• Normal wear and tear of soles and clothing.
• Worn noses on shoes due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear to the heel.
• Defects caused by incorrect or intensive use.
• Excessive perspiration.
• Staining and discolouration of shoes and clothing.
• Pilling of clothing or shoes.
• Defects caused by washing or drying.
• Defects caused by external influences, e.g. friction, sharp objects or chemicals
• Defects in the water and wind tightness of shoes or clothing, unless otherwise stated in the product description in our webshop.
• Articles that because of their model cause physical discomfort, for example, sweating or blisters.
