All CYCLEUR de LUXE orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from our fulfillment center in Belgium. We rely on GLS for the shipping of our orders.

We ship to all the countries listed below with their cost associated:

Belgium: free shipping
Netherlands: free shipping
Luxembourg: free shipping
Germany: 10 EUR
France: 12 EUR
Denmark: 10 EUR
Sweden: 13 EUR
Spain: 16 EUR
Italy: 12 EUR
Greece: 35 EUR
United States of America: 35 EUR
Ireland: 20 EUR
Austria: 15 EUR

Returns

We understand that you may need to return an order. Please follow the simple steps below to initiate a return within 14 days:

  1. Go to our Return Portal using the following link:  https://returns.bleckmann.com/consumer/CYCLEUR
  2. Enter your order number (e.g., E-4323) and the email address associated with your order (ensure that the entered information does not contain spaces or extra characters).
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
  4. Upon confirmation, you will receive a return number with links to your return label.
  5. Print the label, which includes our return address.
  6. Send the items back to us using the return label and the courier of your choice. (Customers from non-EU countries are requested to include the packing slip with the return.)
  7. Once your return is received at CYCLEUR de LUXE, we will refund the money to your original payment method within 14 business days.

 

Please note:  For returns from other countries, the following rates apply: Germany: 10 EUR,  France: 12 EUR,  Denmark: 10 EUR,  Sweden: 13 EUR,  Spain: 16 EUR,  Italy: 12 EUR,  Greece: 35 EUR,  United States of America: 35 EUR, Ireland: 20 EUR, Austria: 15 EUR .

If you receive a free return label with your order, you can drop it off in a GLS parcel shop.
