All CYCLEUR de LUXE orders are shipped within 1–2 working days from our fulfillment center in Belgium, using Bpost, PostNL and GLS as our trusted shipping partner.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders above €79.95 to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
For orders under €79.95 a flat shipping rate of €5 applies.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery by following the steps below:

Visit our Return Portal: returns.bleckmann.com/consumer/CYCLEUR
Enter your order number (e.g., E-4323) and the email address used for your order (no spaces or extra characters).
Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason.
After confirmation, you’ll receive a return number and a link to your return label.
Print the label and return the items using a courier of your choice.
(For non-EU returns: please include the packing slip.)

Returns are at the customer's expense, even if you received free shipping.

If you received a free return label with your order, you can drop it off at any Bpost, PostNL or GLS Parcel Shop. Find a Parcel Shop nearby.

Important

We do not accept returns of products purchased through other sellers or platforms. Please contact the seller directly for their return policy.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of your return, to the original payment method.
